Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, with no reason needed. Email us at contact@kingwatch.fr with your order number. Return costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, our watches are not water-resistant: they can take a splash but should be removed before showering, swimming or bathing in the sea.

On most models, yes: the watch arrives ready to wear. When the battery is not included, the product page says so. It can be replaced by any watchmaker.

For a wrist under 15 cm, aim for 26 to 34 mm; between 15 and 17 cm, 34 to 40 mm; over 17 cm, 40 to 45 mm. The exact diameter is on each product page, with a size guide.

No. Stainless steel does not tarnish and can get wet. To keep gold-tone finishes bright for longer, avoid prolonged contact with perfume, chlorine and sea water.

Each relevant product page has a size guide. For a ring, measure your finger circumference in millimetres: that number is your size. For a bracelet, add 1.5 to 2.5 cm to your wrist size depending on the fit you want. Our adjustable rings fit every finger.
